This is a lady that had some puffiness in the upper and lower lids. She also had excessive skin in the upper lids. She underwent an upper and lower blepharoplasty. As you can see in her post operative photos, the eyes are much brighter now. In the lower lids, we removed the fat which was causing the puffiness and dark circles. We fat grafted the lower lids to help give more fullness in the indented areas. This procedure is done as an outpatient procedure in the office.

This is a 40YO lady that has extremely puffy lower lids. Her lower lids are more profound than the upper lids. She underwent an upper and lower blepharoplasty with fat grafting to the lower lid area. This is a lady that had really puffy lower eyelids with loss of fat below the puffy fat in the lower lids. She also had some extra skin in her upper lids and extra fat in the inside part of the upper eyelids. She underwent and upper and lower lid blepharoplasty with fat grafting. Postoperatively she looks much more vibrant and more youthful. She has gotten numerous complaints on her youthful appearance and is very pleased with her results. This procedure is done in the office with IV sedation.

This is a 35 year old lady who complained of excessive puffiness in her lower eyelids. Also she complains of darkness in the lower eyelids. She underwent a lower lid blepharoplasty and fat grafting to the lower lids. The post-op pictures are taken six years after the lower lid blepharoplasty and fat grafting. This shows the long lasting results of this procedure.

This is a lady who had a lot of asymmetry of the eyes. She had some fat medially on each eye but did not have any centrally. Her eyes were somewhat hollow. On the right eye, she hooded all the way over to the lateral portion of the orbital rim. On the left side, she hooded all the way over about 1cm or more lateral to the lateral canthus. As you can see she has a nice result post operatively and is pleased with her results.

This is a 50 year old lady that had some excessive hooding in her upper lids. Also, she had puffiness in the lower lids. As you can tell, she has darkness in the lower lids as well. The darkness in the lower lids is caused by some hollowness due to the excessive fat in the lower lids forming a trough. Also there is some excessive pigment in the lower lids. She underwent an upper and lower blepharoplasty followed by a chemical peel on the lower lids. The chemical peel helps fine wrinkling and bleaches out the darkness. All in all, she has gotten a nice result.

This is a 50YO gentleman that is having problems with vision from both eyes. His brows are quite low and asymmetrical however his lids have a lot of excessive skin and fat. The lash margin is covering the upper portion of the pupil in the pre-op view. He underwent a blepharoplasty and a levator advancement. He has gotten a really nice result and it has brightened up his face and improved his vision. These procedures are done through outpatient at the hospital.
