This is a young female who has had longstanding fullness in her neck. She has had multiple children. She has excellent skin tone and relatively discreet fullness in the neck. She underwent suctioning with S.A.F.E. liposuction. Approximately 100cc of subcutaneous fat was removed. Post op photographs are two months out from her operation. She has gotten an extremely nice result which should continue to improve over the year. The contour is much more feminine and the skin has redraped nicely with very little evidence of any skin redundancy. She has gotten about as good a result as you could ask for.

This is a healthy teenager who in grade school had multiple traumatic episodes to the nose. The nose is deviated to the left off the midline with airway obstructive symptoms on the left and obvious dorsal hump. The also had a large turbinate as a result of allergies. The turbinate and concha bullosa was addressed by Dr. Gannon, ENT. Once that was addressed, she was returned to the operating room and underwent a septorhinoplasty with a spreader graft to reconstruct the interval valve on the left. She had removal of the dorsal hump and suturing and cartilage grafts to improve the contour of the tip. This straightened the nose and improved the contour of the tip and completely resolved her obstructive symptoms. She is shown preoperatively and two months post op. The definition of the tip will continue to improve. All in all, she got a really nice result.

This is a gentleman that had an extensive skin cancer removed from the left side of his nose. The scarring left an indented, contracted nasal sidewall that occluded the nasal opening on that side and made airflow difficult. I was able to demonstrate preoperatively stinting this area with a q-tip and lateral cheek traction which opened the airway. Also, elevating the tip of his nose improved the airflow. He underwent an operation to remove this depressed area and cover it with a large flap taken from the dorsum of the nose which was rotated down into the defect. This graft area of indention which pushed away the nasal sidewall and also markedly improved airflow. He is shown about 3 months post op. He still has some residual swelling just above the tip of the nose which will resolve over time. His nasal airflow is now normal. He has gotten a very nice result with a much improved function of the nose.

This is a 41YO lady who was complaining of excessive fat and looseness in her neck. Also, she started to jowl some and had some indentions on the sides of her chin. She underwent a face and neck rejuvenation with fat grafting. As you can see now, she has a good shape to her neck with a good, strong jaw line. When you look around the mouth area, the fat grafting has helped rejuvenate her whole mouth area. This procedure is done in the office with IV sedation.

This is a middle aged gentleman who had no trauma to his nose but wished some improvement in the contour specifically and most importantly the dorsal hump. He had a dorsal hump consisting of 50/50 bone and cartilage. He had a deep crease at the junction of the nose with the forehead between the eyes and tip that was lower than the profile of the nose. He underwent an open rhinoplasty with contouring of the dorsum of the nose to make it straighter and get rid of the hump. The deep crease at the junction of the nose with the forehead was grafted with cartilage and suturing. Cartilage grafts were done to bring the tip of the nose out from the face and make it more symmetrical and contoured. He is shown post operatively two months out from his surgery. With time he will get more definition of the tip of the nose. The dorsal contour is much improved. He Photos submitted by Dr. Owen
