I like to have the tip of the nose more prominent than the dorsum of the nose but I do not like a large ski slope in a nose because it looks unnatural. Also, by pushing the tip of the nose back some, it made her nose look small and not projecting as much.

This is a middle aged gentleman who had no trauma to his nose but wished some improvement in the contour specifically and most importantly the dorsal hump. He had a dorsal hump consisting of 50/50 bone and cartilage. He had a deep crease at the junction of the nose with the forehead between the eyes and tip that was lower than the profile of the nose. He underwent an open rhinoplasty with contouring of the dorsum of the nose to make it straighter and get rid of the hump. The deep crease at the junction of the nose with the forehead was grafted with cartilage and suturing. This is a young lady that had a long-standing dissatisfaction with the appearance of her nose. Her biggest issues were the bulbous tip which plunged when she smiled. She underwent an open rhinoplasty and had trimming of the cartilages that involved the contour of the tip. She had extensive suturing of the remaining cartilage as well as cartilage grafts. This is a healthy teenager who in grade school had multiple traumatic episodes to the nose. The nose deviated to the left off the midline with airway obstructive symptoms on the left and an obvious dorsal hump. She also had a large turbinate as a result of allergies. The turbinate and concha bullosa was addressed by Dr. Gannon, ENT. Once that was addressed, she was returned to the operating room and underwent a septorhinoplasty with a spreader graft to reconstruct the internal valve on the left. She had removal of the dorsal hump and suturing and cartilage grafts to improve the contour of the tip. This straightened the nose and improved the contour of the tip and completely resolved her obstructive symptoms. She is shown preoperatively and two months post op. The definition of the tip will continue to improve. All in all, she got a really nice result.

She had tried dieting but this did not seem to help her neck as much as she desired. She underwent liposuction of her neck. These results are two years postoperatively. This shows that liposuction does give a long lasting result.

This is a young lady that had a long-standing dissatisfaction with the appearance of her nose. Her biggest issues were the bulbous tip which plunged when she smiled. She underwent an open rhinoplasty and had trimming of the cartilages that involved the contour of the tip. She had extensive suturing of the remaining cartilage as well as cartilage grafts. She required some trimming of the width of the ala. The contour is much improved and more feminine. The tip does not plunge when she smiles. She has gotten a nice result from her surgery. The post op photographs are two months out and this will continue to improve over the next year.

This is a healthy teenager who in grade school had multiple traumatic episodes to the nose. The nose deviated to the left off the midline with airway obstructive symptoms on the left and an obvious dorsal hump. She also had a large turbinate as a result of allergies. The turbinate and concha bullosa was addressed by Dr. Gannon, ENT. Once that was addressed, she was returned to the operating room and underwent a septorhinoplasty with a spreader graft to reconstruct the internal valve on the left. She had removal of the dorsal hump and suturing and cartilage grafts to improve the contour of the tip. This straightened the nose and improved the contour of the tip and completely resolved her obstructive symptoms. She is shown preoperatively and two months post op. The definition of the tip will continue to improve. All in all, she got a really nice result.

This is a lady that has an obvious hump on her nose with a drooping nose. She underwent a rhinoplasty to remove the hump and to tip the nose up just a little. As you can tell the nose has subtly improved but makes a significant difference in the appearance of her face.

This is a 27YO lady that did not like the fat in her neck. She also did not have a very defined jawline. She underwent liposuction of her neck and jawline. This is done as an in office procedure under IV sedation. As you can see from her preoperative pictures, she did not have a very defined jawline and had a full neck. Now she has a nice angle on her neck with a defined jawline.
Once the fat is removed from the neck, she will get a permanent result. This will prevent her from having a fat neck which would continue as she aged.

This is a 41 year old lady that was concerned with the fullness that she had in her neck. Also, she had lost her jaw line. Preoperatively you can see she has no distinct margin between the face and her neck. Also, there is a lot of excessive fat in the neck. The neck has a very obtuse angle. It is straight down from her clavicle going to her chin. Postoperatively you can see that she now has the definition of the jaw line. She has a nice acute angle to the neck. This procedure is done in the office with IV sedation.

This is a 47YO lady that had a lot of concerns with excessive fat in the neck and also loss of the jaw line. She had no distinction of her face and neck. It appeared that the face just blended into the neck. This was due to the excessive fat in the neck and the looseness of the facial tissue. She underwent face and neck rejuvenation. As you can see, she now has a nice jaw line with a nice, sharp angle to her neck. Whenever you remove fat by trimming it out with liposuction, it usually stays gone for many years. The procedure is done with IV sedation in the office.

This is a 7YO young lady that had very prominent ears. She was self conscious with her prominent ears and her peers would make uncomplimentary remarks about her ears protruding. She underwent an otoplasty. As you can see from the pre and post-pictures, we have made a significant difference in her ears. This is done as an outpatient procedure Insurance will often pay for this procedure in children.

This is a 62YO lady that desires some freshening of her face. She has lost her jaw line and had excessive fat in the neck. She had loss of fat in the mouth area as well as under her eyes. This is a 52YO lady that has a beautiful face. She has very good facial structures. She had started getting some looseness of the face with some excessive fat in the neck. She had lost her distinct jaw line. She underwent facial and neck rejuvenation. As you can see, you can now see her jaw line and she has good angles to the neck. The looseness that she had in her mid-face has now been uplifted. Some fat was added around the side of the chin to correct some of the indentions just inferior to the mouth.

This is a 22YO young lady that did not like the appearance of her nose. She had a dorsal hump on the nose and the tip of the nose was quite wide. She underwent a rhinoplasty to remove the hump and reshape the dorsum of the nose. Her tip was narrowed and made more define. Now she looks much better as you can tell from the pre-op and post-op pictures. This procedure is done as an outpatient procedure at the hospital.

This is a lady that concern was mainly the upper lip. She received 1cc of Juvederm Ultra, about ½ cc in the central third of the lower lip and ½ cc the full width of the upper lip. She has gotten a really nice result.

This is a 50YO gentleman that is having problems with vision from both eyes. His brows are quite low and asymmetrical however his lids have a lot of excessive skin and fat. The lash margin is covering the upper portion of the pupil in the pre-op view. He underwent a blepharoplasty and a levator advancement. He has gotten a really nice result and it has brightened up his face and improved his vision. These procedures are done through outpatient at the hospital.

This is a 55 year old lady that started having some looseness of her face and neck. She lost her jaw line and did not like the turkey gobbler under her neck. Her brows were starting to descend just a little and she noticed her eyes were not as bright as they used to be. She underwent a face, neck, and brow rejuvenation in the office operating room. As you see post operatively, she now has a sharp neck line and well defined mandibular border. Her brows are up some and her eyes now appear much brighter.
