This is a patient from the Florida panhandle, beach area who wished some improvement in her abdominal contour. She has had several pregnancies. She had a square shaped torso with a rounded abdomen and stretched out abdominal muscles. Her buttock was nicely shaped with good projection. She underwent an abdominoplasty with repair of the diastasis. This flattened the abdomen and gave it a more youthful, muscular contour. The pannus was removed which in addition elevated the mons. She had a significant amount of excess fat in her flanks which was suctioned. She now has a more feminine, youthful contour. This converted her backside contour from a “B” shape to an “S” shape. This is a spectacular result and about as good as you could ask for.

This is a lady that desires some cosmetic improvement of her waist area. She has a very protuberant abdomen and some looseness and irregularities around the lower abdominal skin. On her backside, she has some extra fat in the flank area. She underwent an abdominoplasty with liposuction of her flanks. This is a healthy lady that has had multiple pregnancies. She has stretched out musculature from her pregnancies. She did not have an abdominal pannus but her mons was stretched out and in a lower position. She had prominent flank collections resulting in a square shaped torso. The flank collections tended to hide the superior aspect of her buttock. She had prominent C depressions on the superior lateral aspect of her buttocks. She underwent an abdominoplasty with suctioning of her flanks and trochanters. She has fat grafting to improve the contour of her buttocks and diminish the depth of the C depressions. Her post op pictures are done two months out from her surgery. The square shaped torso contour has been converted to more an “S” shape which is a more feminine shape. The fullness in the trochanters is improved. She has a more attractively shaped abdomen and a smaller waist. With time, the remaining swelling in the flanks and abdomen will continue to improve.
