This is a 25 year old gentleman that has extremely large breasts. It is unusual to see a male develop breasts this large. He underwent a breast reduction procedure. As you can see we now have him shaped up much better. He was so large that I had to do a free nipple graft technique. Right now the nipples still have some pink in them but they will repigment over the next few months.
Usually insurance will help cover a significant portion of this treatment for male gynecomastia.

This is a 20 year old man that has significant gynecomastia. This has been bothering him for many years. He would not wear any type of tight shirts because he felt that his breasts were too revealing. He would actually wear two shirts to help cover the projection of his breasts. He underwent gynecomastia correction. As you can see post operatively his chest has a much better shape without projection. Now he can wear any type of shirt that he desires. This procedure is done as an outpatient procedure. Often insurance will help pay a portion of this.
