This is a 37YO lady who has a protuberant abdomen with hanging skin and fat in the pubic area. Also, she is a little thick in the flank area. She underwent an abdominoplasty with liposuction of the flanks. As you can see in her post operative pictures, we have tightened her stomach muscles, flattened her abdomen, and given her a much more shapely appearance.

This is a lady that desires some cosmetic improvement of her waist area. She has a very protuberant abdomen and some looseness and irregularities around the lower abdominal skin. On her backside, she has some extra fat in the flank area. She underwent an abdominoplasty with liposuction of her flanks. The liposuction has helped the rolls on her backside and has given her a much better contour to the waist area. On the frontal view you can see how protuberant her abdomen was and how greatly it has been improved with the abdominoplasty and muscle repair.

This is a patient that has lost a total of 170lbs. She lost 100lbs. on her own and another 70lbs. following a gastric sleeve. Her weight had stabilized but her biggest issue was the prominent skin hanging on the inner portion of her arms. She underwent bilateral brachioplasty which involved suctioning the circumference of the arm and removing the redundant skin on the inside surface of the arm. She is shown preoperatively and about 2-3 months postoperative. Her scars are completely healed. They are asymptomatic. The swelling has completely resolved. The contour is much better. All in all, she got a really nice result.

This is a healthy lady that has had multiple pregnancies. She has stretched out musculature from her pregnancies. She did not have an abdominal pannus but her mons was stretched out and in a lower position. She had prominent flank collections resulting in a square shaped torso. The flank collections tended to hide the superior aspect of her buttock. She had prominent C depressions on the superior lateral aspect of her buttocks. She underwent an abdominoplasty with suctioning of her flanks and trochanters. She has fat grafting to improve the contour of her buttocks and diminish the depth of the C depressions. Her post op pictures are done two months out from her surgery. The square shaped torso contour has been converted to more an “S” shape which is a more feminine shape. The fullness in the trochanters is improved. She has a more attractively shaped abdomen and a smaller waist. With time, the remaining swelling in the flanks and abdomen will continue to improve.

This is a young lady that lost 125lbs. with diet, exercise, and weight loss medications. She had circumferential skin and fat and a diastasis of the abdominal muscles with cascading piled up skin across her buttocks and thighs. Post op pictures are three months out. The scars are flat and soft. They are still bright red. This will improve with time. All in all, she has gotten a really nice result from her surgery. This has improved her contour in the flanks, buttocks, and abdomen. She is very pleased with the surgery. She is planning to do some other contouring on the medial and lateral thighs in the spring.

This is a young lady who has had 3 children. She is a workout person and despite all of her efforts was unable to improve the appearance of her torso specifically her abdomen. She has a protuberant rounded abdomen from her muscles being stretched. She had loose skin that extended all the way around the torso. An abdominoplasty alone would not have addressed the loose skin across her flanks and buttocks. She underwent a belt lipectomy which tightened the loose, abdominal muscles, flattened her abdomen, and also tightened the loose skin that extended around the torso. This also included suctioning of the flanks that gave her a more feminine backside shape. She had an uneventful recovery and has gotten a very nice result.

This is a middle-aged female who has had a gastric sleeve some years ago. She lost from 280lbs. to 190lbs. She has no medical problems. She wanted improvement in her abdomen and flanks. She underwent a belt lipectomy which incorporates the looseness of the abdominal wall and removal of all the redundant skin around the circumference of her abdomen. The scar is placed low so it can be hidden. It elevates, triangulates, and flattens the mons. In addition to resecting excess skin across the flanks this area is suctioned to give a more concave contour. The goal is to create a backside that is “S” shaped as opposed to “B” shaped. Before and three month post op pictures are shown. She has gotten about a good as a result as you could get. She has a very well defined waist. The surgery has elevated and rounded her bottom. Suctioning of the abdomen has created the normal abdominal contour.

This is a 35-year-old lady that complained of the inner thighs rubbing together. Also, she had excessive hanging skin in this area. It also stayed moist in the warm summer months because of the redundant skin in the groin and medial thigh area. She noted that her shorts and jeans would rub together when she walked. She underwent a medial thigh lift. We have completely eliminated the redundant tissue in the medial thigh area. Now the thighs do not rub together. Also, we have eliminated the excessive wetness of the medial thigh skin. As you can see on both the anterior and the posterior views that her thighs look much improved.
