Facelift (Individual Result May Vary)
This is a 60-year-old lady who has a lot of fat and a lot of loose skin in her neck. She has lost the lower mandibular border. She also has indentions in the sides of the face. She underwent a face and neck lift. I removed excessive fat in the neck and also injected fat where she had indentions around the chin area and marionette area. Also, I released the indentions in the sides of the face just in front of the ears. Her neck is now much more defined with a mandibular border that is visible whereas before the face was flowing down into her neck with no distinction between the jaw line and the neck. Also, the fat grafts have helped fill in the area below the corners of the mouth and has smoothed out the transition between the chin and sides of the face.
This procedure was done as an outpatient in the office under IV sedation.
This is a 75-year-old lady who desired some cosmetic improvement of her face. She has wrinkles in the neck and face and the brow area. Also she has lost a significant amount fat of face. Patient underwent facial rejuvenation and fat grafting to her face. We have tightened her skin, improved her wrinkles and also filled out some of the areas of her face where she has fat atrophy. Often people get fat atrophy or walls of fat in their face as they age. Part of facial rejuvenation is to reposition fat that has fallen and also add fat to areas that have lost.
This is a 63-year-old lady that I have seen concerning some cosmetic improvement of her face and neck area. She has a lot of loose skin with banding in the neck. She has lost definition of the mandible because of fallen fat from the face down into the neck and also excessive fat in the neck. The chin appears real pointed because of the loss of fat in the lateral chin area and the loose skin in the jowl area. She underwent a face, neck, and browlift. I also have done some fat grafting to the border of the mandible and in the prejowl area to help smooth out the mandibular area and the chin area. Also, we placed some fat underneath the eyelid area and help camouflage some of the puffiness in the lids.

This is a 40-year-old lady who desired some cosmetic improvement of her face and neck. When I examine her, she has a lot of excessive fat in the neck and has no distinction between the face and the neck line. Thus, we want to recreate a mandibular border for her. We removed excessive fat in the neck area and tightened the skin of the neck. Also, she had a marked indention in front of the jowl area. I removed some of the jowl fat and then injected some fat between the jowl area and the chin thus smoothing off the transition between the chin and the jowl area. Also, some fat was added just below the eyelid area to help fill in some of the tear through deformities underneath the eyes. The brow was brought up subtly just to improve the appearance of the eyes.
