Blepharoplasty (Individual Result May Vary)
This is a 50-year-old lady from Montgomer, AL who complains of a lot of puffiness of her eyes and some droopiness of the left lid margin covering up a portion of the pupil. She underwent an upper and lower lid blepharoplasty and fat grafts to the tear trough areas of the lower lids. Her eyes now look much brighter and much less puffy.
This is a 58-year-old gentleman who presented with puffiness in the upper and lower lids as well as sharp indentations in the junction between the orbital fat and the cheek area. He was treated with an upper and lower lid blepharoplasty with fat grafting to help smooth out the junction of the eyelids and the cheeks.
This is a 40-year-old lady who has a lot of puffiness in the upper and lower lids. She also has marked tear trough deformities in the lower lids. She underwent an upper and lower lid blepharoplasty and fat transfers to the tear trough deformity of the lower lids. She looks much brighter after this and we have almost totally corrected the tear trough deformities in her lower lids.
This is a lady who is complaining of some puffiness in the upper and lower lids with some excessive skin. She has been unable to wear eyeshadow because it is obscured due to the overlapping skin in the upper lids. The patient underwent an upper and lower lid blepharoplasty. This has removed the puffiness in her eyes and has brightened up her eyes.
