Abdominoplasty (Individual Result May Vary)
These are pre and post op photographs and a lady that wished improvement in her abdominal contour. She had prior abdominal operations with depressed midline and vertical scars. She wanted her abdomen flattened and the loose skin removed. She opted to put the incision higher on the mons to minimize any wound healing issues. She underwent an abdominoplasty with repair of the rectus muscles, removal of the excess skin apron, and replantation of the umbilicus. She has gotten a very nice result with marked improvement in her abdominal contour. She healed with no wound issues. She is very proud of her results.

She underwent an abdominoplasty with fat harvesting from both the abdomen and the flanks and then fat injections in the buttocks to get more projection and a more rounded appearance. Seen here are preoperative and postoperative photographs, the postoperative photographs taken at two months after the surgery. She has gotten a very nice improvement in her abdominal contour, both in standing and sitting position. The mons is elevated to its normal anatomic position and is a more feminine, triangular shape. The flank contour has more S-shaped curvature with more projection and roundness to the buttock contour.

She underwent liposuction of her abdomen and flanks with fat injection into the buttocks and an abdominoplasty. The abdominoplasty tightened the abdominal muscles and recreated the contours of a more youthful abdomen. The surgery elevated her mons pubis and created a more uplifted and triangular shaped youthful appearance. The buttock contour is more rounded with more projection situated by the more youthful and feminine concavity of the flanks. Her profile when sitting eliminated the fat rolls that piled up across her waist.
She looks and feels better. Her clothes fit better and she is now able to wear more flattering clothing.
